Currently, Dr Rigatelli is Head of the Cardiology Dept. and Director of the Interventional Cardiology Unit of the Division of Cardiology of Aulss6 Ospeali Riuniti Padova Sud. He has published over 500 papers indexed in PubMed, 33 book charpters and 1 monography. He serves as Visiting Professor of Medicine and Cardiology in a number of International Academic Institutions in China, South East Asia and Eastern Europe. Gianluca's research fields include left main coronary artery bifurcation physiology and stenting, transcatheter congenital interventions, and cardiovascular applications of computational fluid dynamic.
