Salvatore Chirumbolo is a Clinical Biochemist currently working at the Department of Engineering for Innovation Medicine, University of Verona (Italy). Author of more than 300 papers, is Scientific Secretary of the Council of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (Norway) and Editorial Member of Nutrition (Elsevier), International Immunopharmacology (Elsevier), Heliyon (Cell Press), Molecules (MDPI) and Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio).
