Director, Department of Pathology; Director, Clinical Microbiology (University Hospital in Varese). Mentor of over 50 PhD candidates and postdocs. Has been responsible for financial (7 ME turnover), quality, and strategic management of Clinical Microbiology and Virology at a Tertiary Care Hospital in Varese.
